Disability adaptations
Our experienced surveyors will advise and recommend the best products to suit your needs from adaptations to existing bathrooms by way of increasing door sizes, installing safety flooring, providing comfort fit w/c’s and grab rails. A full design service is available identifying the best way to maximize the space available.

Current legislation allows for disability adaptations to be carried out at a zero VAT rate subject to the client meeting the relevant criteria.
Infection control
In the event that you are considering creating a decontamination room within your existing practice or bringing your practice up to HTM 01-05 compliancy, Oak Tree are able to provide a detailed business plan setting out how a practice can work towards best practice in the compliance of the HTM legislation by way of Issuing a detailed drawing and schedule which demonstrates your compliance to the HTM 01-05. This can then be forwarded to infection control to enable you to demonstrate that the practice is able to comply with the current legislation.
Oak Tree offer a free consultation service to see whether your practice meets the necessary criteria to qualify for potential funding from the rapid improvement grant system.
Insurance works
Oak Tree offer a rapid response service to assist in emergencies that have occurred, ranging from fire damage to flooding. We operate an emergency call out service where the relevant trades can be deployed at short notice to make the property safe.
We are then able to liaise directly with the clients insurance company and provide a detailed report identifying the causes and remedial action that is required for the homeowner to get back into their property as quickly as possible. By Oak Tree liaising direct with the insurance company and the client, we are able to minimize the stress on the client that inevitably these emergencies bring with them.
